As the Founding Product Designer at Grayfrost, I was responsible for shaping the entire design ecosystem from the ground up. I led the UX & UI design for the website, ERP platform, and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. My role extended beyond just design—I conducted user research, collaborated closely with founders and developers, and built scalable design systems to maintain consistency. Being the sole designer, I had the opportunity to drive end-to-end product strategy, balancing usability, aesthetics, and business goals to create an intuitive and efficient platform for educational institutions.
