At Rankplus, I’ve been leading the UX transformation as the product designer, working at the intersection of design, product, and development. Within just two months, I’ve reshaped the app experience—redesigning key user flows, simplifying navigation, and creating a more intuitive, engaging platform for students preparing for JEE, NEET, and board exams. From onboarding to mentorship booking, every touchpoint was redesigned with user behavior and feedback in mind. My focus has been on designing with intent and clarity, which has already reflected in measurable growth across core KPIs: increased course purchases, longer session durations, and more mentorship sessions booked. With every iteration, I’m pushing to make Rankplus not just another edtech app, but a full-fledged learning companion.
